SW Heating Services Ltd required a complete overhaul of their exisiting website, which was not performant, or mobile friendly. They wanted an online presence that screamed quality, and which detailed their broad range of services in a user-friendly way.

Customers needed to be able to easily navigate and use the site, and contact SW Heating for quotations, or in case of an emergency without friction. The site is fully responsive, with a mobile first design which offers a clear and easily navigable UI.

Carefully chosen and artfully implemented imagery gives a sense of warmth and luxury which in turn helps create trust with the audience. The information hierarchy and the page layouts are consistent, creating a sense of familiarity.

The added chatbot feature enables the automation of customer contacts to help better capture leads, when staff are busy working on site, and the backend integration of this is wasy to manage with new leads being automatically sent to a gmail account for ease of management. Instagram integrations also take the fuss out of updaing the site, with all new work being added to instagram, showing automatically on the gallery pages.
